Campbell, Tinchnor Net Two Goals for Women’s Lacrosse against Benedictine

Franklin, Ind. - Sophomore Carly Campbell (Greenwood, Ind./Center Grove) and freshman Taylor Tinchnor (Bloomington, Ind./Bloomington South) each scored two goals as the Franklin College women's lacrosse team lost 14-7 to Benedictine University (Ill.) on Saturday at Faught Stadium.

Juniors Jaicee Blais and Torie Zeiner also found the back of the net for the Grizziles in the team's second match of the 2014 season.

Freshman Kayanna Wolter made 16 saves in goal.

Franklin's women's lacrosse team continues to grow and is transitioning towards NCAA Division III intercollegiate level status for the 2014-15 season.

The Grizzlies return to action against Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology on Saturday, March 22 at noon from Faught Stadium.
