Men’s Basketball Players Receive HCAC honors

FRANKLIN, Ind. (Feb. 28, 2017) – For the third straight season, senior Aaron Mann has been recognized by the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference for his outstanding contributions to the Franklin College men's basketball team.

A 6-foot-3 guard, Mann has been selected to the 2016-17 All-HCAC Second Team. A three-year starter, he was the conference's third-leading scorer and led the Grizzlies in scoring and rebounding.

For the season, Mann averaged 19.1 points and 6.5 rebounds per game. He also shot 44 percent from the field.

Franklin senior guard Trey Boles, meanwhile, was named to the All-Sportsmanship Team. A top reserve who had eight starts, Boles averaged 11.5 minutes per game for the Grizzlies.
